There is a special kind of irony reserved for the NICE type, and it goes like this: you are, demonstrably, one of the most informed people in any room on the subject of what makes a relationship bad. You have the receipts. The podcast backlog. The annotated copy of the book. You can name the dynamic, trace its origin to childhood attachment patterns, and explain in calm, measured terms exactly why the thing you are currently doing is the thing you said you'd never do again. Then you keep doing it.
This is not stupidity. Let's be clear about that. You are the Independent variant, which means you are also self-sufficient, capable, and genuinely not desperate for a man to rescue you. You don't need him. You choose him. Which somehow makes the whole situation worse, because you can't even blame it on neediness. You are choosing, with full information, to over-give to someone who is not matching your energy, and to say nothing about it because you have decided that being low-maintenance is a virtue.
The Silent dimension is the engine of your particular dysfunction. You absorb. You accommodate. You privately note the imbalance in your very sophisticated internal ledger, keep the ledger to yourself, and then eventually become quietly resentful of a man who has no idea he's been on trial. The confrontation you avoid doesn't disappear — it accumulates. And you don't blow up. You quietly exit, or quietly shrink, or quietly continue while something inside you quietly dies. Very dignified. Very unsatisfying.
Your Framework orientation means you have a rich inner architecture for understanding what's happening. The tragedy is that you use this framework primarily for analysis rather than action.
